Businesses – Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQG) – Affordable service allows Linn County CESQG, businesses that generate less than 100 kilograms (220 pounds) of hazardous waste per month and store less than 2,200 pounds, to safely dispose of hazardous materials. CESQG Form

Small and Large Quantity Generators – Companies generating more than 100 kilograms (220 pounds) of hazardous waste per month must obtain an identification number from the EPA which is used in reporting and tracking the history of hazardous waste disposal and recycling.
